I moved into this apartment home a few months ago and I can say that I love it here. My apartment is one of the remodeled vinyl floor units. Absolutely LOVE IT!! The negative comments they have on some reviews are only a reflection of that individuals experience. As is this next statement...Bella Fiore is a wonderful, quiet, and safe place to live within. I have had a few issues with my new apartment but the entire management team was so helpful in ensuring my dwelling was attended to. The… Maintenance man Sid is a wonderful person and gets the job done in a timely fashion. The office team are all friendly and welcoming. :-) The grounds are kept clean and the gated community is pretty quiet considering we are across from North Las Vegas Airport. If you are considering moving into these apartments please check the property out for yourself to make your decision. Not too many people with positive experiences take the time to write about them but the people with bad experiences are quick to tell the world about their view of the situation. Warning... long post, but worth the time if you’re thinking about moving here.


This place was supposed to be my first apartment, I was very excited to move in. So the first day I moved in, my a/c unit was leaking water through the kitchen and into the bedroom and closet. My carpet was soaked. My water heater didn’t work for almost a week. No hot water, and no showers for a week at this place. The manager went back and forth claiming she was sending a new one then changing her mind because… maintenance said it was fine.
Carpet was replaced but I had to be home another day off work for the carpet company to come.

I also had to talk to the main manager after being completely disrespected by one of the young FRONT OFFICE ladies. The young lady raised her voice at me, wasted my time waiting in the office, made me jump through hoops to get my proof of insurance to her, just to have my time wasted when their “fax machine was broke” (came to find out, it wasn’t) and she gave me the wrong email and would have to wait another day to handle it.

Then come to find out my mailbox key never worked so I went to them to get it fixed. I only lived here 4 months and never received a fixed mailbox/key. Then was told by front desk “sorry it’s taking awhile, but you can’t be expecting anything too important, right?”

Then, although there are signs EVERYWHERE AND IN THE LEASE that the apartment complex is a crime and violence free area, the gate is broken all the time which resulted into an attempted break in while I was home alone one day.

My room mate had been involved in criminal activity and then left town and a man came, and was able to get into the complex because the “security gates” hardly ever work.

When I tried to get out of my lease or get a one bedroom apartment within the complex, I was told that corporate said “crime happens everywhere” so they can’t do anything for me... EVEN THOUGH I HAD A POLICE REPORT and had people trying to break into my home. Also called corporate directly 6 times, left messages and NEVER had a call back or an answer.

So after living here for only about 4 months and all this drama happening, I get my refund back and was charged for pool keys that I never even received when I moved in.

bed bugs in the walls!!! Nasty disgusting, I left. I had a professional come in and he made a hole in the wall and he confirmed that they been in the building for years. This place is unprofessional, management team do not care. Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting!!!!!

First of all let me say thank you Edna for being so kind. You're the best. Even though I've only been here for a couple of days I couldn't be more happier. I have lived in this area for a while and I have seen a 100% change in this place. My apartment is beautiful and the grounds are kept very nice. The office staff is awesome and always there when needed. I'm very happy to call this home. Thank you again Edna you rock and so does your staff
