It definitely could be better
When I lived there only one pool was open even though they have 3. The units are ok. They need to be upgraded. Cabinets are plain. Best thing about this apartment is the oversized tub. Maintenance responds 3 to 5 days later. Parking is good.

WORST PLACE TO LIVE
Moved in July 2021 and been nothing but an horrible experience ever since from the beginning the apartment had serval issues that I put work orders in for that never got fixed a week later the then asst manager came to the unit to photos and pictures AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENED. THE AC DIDNT WORK WHEN I MOVED IN PLACED A WORK ORDER FOR THAT AND ONLY GOT THE RUN AROUND. This year tried to get the ac fixed which both their maintenance man and an outside vendor confirmed that although it blows cool the... motor needs to be replaced to cool the unit properly guess what THEY REFUSE TO FIX BECAUSE OF THE 5K PRICE TAG. Not offered another unit but will be raising the rent 500 more dollars. POOL HAS NEVER BEEN WORKING. Constant neighbor disturbance that alway involves police or even undercover at point. Neighbor is trashed not cleaning done. Oh also water is off pretty much half the time and they blame the water district. Bottom line if you wanna live in run down apartments where the management has no desire to fixed the unit but keep collecting rent cmon down to sunset cove

Don’t rent here
Nice , roaches mold and extremely rude management,. Water constantly turned off. No water for over 14 hours one day then the following day over 8 hours.

Management was in touch with all... residents during this extensive repair and ensure we sent updated every few hours.

No renten here
Very dirty place the garbage containers a disgusting after the truck passes nobody cleans. On the 2nd floors the air conditioning does not cool enough on excessively hot days the temperature reached 84 ?????? But they say that my bill of electricity of almost 200 dollars is "normal" because the air did not stop all day ???? Inside everything old. Very sorry to have rented here ????????
