Great service & very friendly

David was very helpful helped us get set up for an apartment he had excellent service even noticed my phone dying and let me borrow a charger. Thank you David. Hoping to get into the apartment !

Great service very friendly and helpful

The coustmer services was excellent David helped us with all our questions while making sure we knew everything about the apartments and offering snacks and drinks the whole way through

Need a headache?! Live here.

Do you want you water shut off 2-3+ times a month, ALL DAY with barely any notice? Live here.
Do you want your water shut off hours before AND after the notice said it would be? Live here.
Do you want leasing violations for complaining about the lack of proper notifications from the complex? Live here.
Do you want tire popping potholes that are not fixed? Live here.
Do you want a dirty pool/hot tub year round? Live here.
Do you want an unsecured broken mailbox? Live here.
Do you want A/C… issues all the time? Live here.
Do you want a short lease, so they can increase your rent like crazy when it expires in a few months, then offer longer leases at the higher than crap rates? Live here!
Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Live here if you want more problems then you probably already have.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

This apartment complex was over 6 months without a leasing manager, had over 350 work orders pending, and no maintenance people. After submitted MULTIPLE work orders they were all cancelled when new leasing manager arrived. It took over 6 months to remove the replaced water heater from in front of the building. The A/C ducking are so old that the smell of WEED from the neighbor literally comes through the vent when A/C kicks on and in the morning you wake up high which is a health concern. Head… quarters are not willing to cancel the lease just 1 month prior of expiring. Also, they will not give a 12 month lease, so they can increase your rent over 12%.
