Walls Like Paper + Zero Quiet Hours – Lived Here for a Year and Deeply Regret It. Strongly Avoid!
If you're considering renting in this community, stop and read this first — because the nice photos and marketing hype are hiding a complete nightmare.
The walls here are paper-thin. You can hear everything. Every footstep from the neighbor upstairs sounds like they're stomping directly above your bed. You’ll clearly hear the person next door slamming cabinets, and even car doors slamming in the parking lot or music blasting from someone’s car.
And it gets worse — the entire complex completely... ignores quiet hours. During summer, people are at the pool after midnight blasting music and shouting loudly. It’s impossible to get any decent sleep.
I complained multiple times about the constant noise, but management either ghosted me completely or gave zero follow-up. Nothing ever gets fixed.
The property management is an absolute disaster:
Pet waste bags are constantly out of stock, and no one bothers to refill them or clean up after the dogs. Walking around the complex feels like navigating a minefield.
In the one year I’ve lived here, they’ve gone through three completely different management teams. The turnover is insane — total chaos.
And the worst part? The lease renewal trap.
The lease states you must give 60 days’ notice if you’re not renewing. Instead, they only remind you 30 days before your lease ends — conveniently forcing you to pay an extra month of rent.
When I went to ask about the 60-day notice, there was someone signing a new lease at the front desk, so they were super nice and said:
“Come back another day, preferably on the weekend, and we can sit down and talk about what made you decide not to renew. We really want you to stay.”
They made it sound so understanding and tenant-friendly.
When I actually returned (when no one was viewing apartments), their attitude flipped 180 degrees. They became rude and cold, insisting I must pay the extra month, and even said, “We only reminded you as a courtesy.”
One year. Three management teams. Constant noise issues (including late-night pool parties) that are never resolved. And shady tactics to squeeze out extra rent.
Honest advice to anyone looking at this place:
Save yourself the headache and the money. Skip this community entirely. The walls are too thin, quiet hours don’t exist, the management is completely unreliable, and the rent traps are real. Go somewhere that actually respects its residents and delivers on basic living standards.
I wish I had read a review like this before signing my lease.
