ROACH INFESTED AND HOMELESS 24/7

If you value your $ you will move Somewhere Else Do Not move here. I had to keep my silverware in the refrigerator because roaches crawled all over inside of the kitchen drawers, there are homeless people 24/7 digging in the trash bins everyday and trash everywhere, please for what they keep raising the rent higher every year you'd be better off moving into an apt that is cleaner and nicer, every time you walk across the floor of your apt it squeaks and sound like you're going to fall through to… the apt below you and the kitchen floor is sunken in like it's ready to fall through, go elsewhere don't waste your money at this place.

Bugs stray cats and squatters!!!

The first apartment we lived in, the ceiling leaked every time it rained they never repaired it properly and would just paint over the mold. Then after having to complain a ton of times they moved us to another unit. Unit was renovated but it came with roommates aka a lot of roaches!!!!!! Not to mention a lot of stray cats everywhere building 16. They have been spraying for over 6 months and still there are bugs big and tiny babies! The apt under us is vacant and have homeless breaking in to… live every night I told off and have called the police but nothing has changed so happy I’m breaking my lease and LEAVING! Do not come to this hell hole stay away FAR AWAY!!

Bad treatment to the client

Very bad treatment, they are not people who are dedicated to their work, very bad maintenance service, I live in the condominium because I have an established contract which I can not break but if I were to collect everything now and leave. There is a lot of dirt in the surroundings. The pool is filled in winter and emptied in summer. I was 2 months to finish my remodeled apartment and like that and everything still lacks things after living on the property for 4 months. I really do not feel… comfortable dealing with people in the condominium. I do not recommend this at all
