Napoli Apartments

I recently moved to Napoli Apartments and I have to say the staff both Francine and Olga were really nice and always try their best to help when there's an issue. This Property has been a really nice experience so far and I do thank the staff for that! I do plan to live here for a couple years and I definitely recommend it.

The apartment complex was bought last year and a new team moved in. They are the worst thing about this place, the maintenance man wont come to any appointments set on time and when he does he smells heavily of smoke and wont talk to you if your not the man of the house. He also does not like to fix things so they have to call companies from outside to fix anything and until they are actually willing to call which takes lots of complaining your just out of luck until then. The new management… are so used to saying no that they wont actually do anything they leave notes or have to try and call the old management to handle any situation. The gym used to be very nice and had free WiFi, now more then half of the equipment doesn't work and there is no wifi at all not to mention that they have a tv in the gym which is never on and extremely hard to reach. There have been altercations between new people who theyve allowed to move in which have resulted in the police being called, but the complex itself wont do anything anymore including actually allow the charges to be filled. They raised the rent over a hundred dollars upon renewing and then afterwards in the middle of the contract they changed all of the assigned parking so that u have to park across the complex from your home. They recently change the name of the apartments, they change the team, the maintenance people and everything!! It ------- suck!! The maintenance man comes in your house smelling like smoke and don't fix anything, the gym sucks everything is broken, they don't have free wifi, so when you in the non working gym you can't play music and the tv is off! This place use to be so good. Like the other team was so nice and the old maintenance man was the best he came with tools and fix everything, this… one come me with his shirt have done and smelling like smoke! You will get robbed ,they will act like nothing happen ,They have roaches , spiders etc...They will let other tenants violate you without giving the other tenants question about it.They maintenance men are sloppy lazy and dumb. This apartment is a dump .Unless u can't find a decent box to live in DONT MOVE HERE
