    Very Comfortable Complex

    I lived at the Oasis Apartments from August 2019 to January 2024. Overall I was extremely happy with the apartment complex. The apartments were built in the 1970's so are not pristine, but are very comfortable. I had mold in my apartment because of several broken pipes, and it took longer than I would have liked to remedy the situation, but they did get it done to a very satisfactory level. Otherwise, if I ever had any issues, the staff was extremely kind and attentive.

    The complex is one    … block from the strip, so you hear sirens, but never had any issues at the complex. There is a helicopter tour site close, and multiple helicopters fly over several times a day, but after a couple days I never even noticed them.

    I would highly recommend the Oasis Apartments. The only reason I moved is because I moved out of state.
