Don’t do it… think twice
These pictures are tame for what you will encounter living here. Rotten food , dirty diapers and booze/drugs left everywhere (not just in people’s homes but on the very steps you walk to get into yours). Dead animals in the pool (if you can get in and it isn’t locked at noon still) etc…
The police are here constantly for domestic disturbances and you will feel them beneath your feet and wake up to banging ( all kinds) and screaming (all kinds) at every hour of everyday. They let homeless people... that aren’t on the lease run rampant through the complex despite reporting as they can hop the fence at certain points. The gate is often broken and left open anyway so it’s just aesthetics. They’ve sent out notices of multiple issues of graffiti and fuel syphoning but when reported to about dangerous situations such as drunks threatening residents and breaking windows they do nothing. It’s not just police there are many fires here too so if someone doesn’t break into your home your neighbor will probably burn it down. You can find cheaper better places to live than here. Save your sanity and don’t be like me not getting any sleep due to these massive disturbances. I’ve lived in a lot of places and never have had to call 911. I’ve had to do it multiple times here. Security here is your biggest joke. The renovations are a joke as well ( I can’t get the old resident hair off my walls even when I peel it, also painted over screws and flys/bugs). The bathroom started chipping 2 months in. Floors have started lifting after a year. The maintenance jobs may take multiple times to fix to the point you just do it yourself. If you email management you won’t get a response so don’t waste your time. If you go in person nothing gets done either it’s the same old fake customer service show. Save $300 a month and just move south of here. Multiple times water shut off for issues as well as other construction and no break in rent for inconveniences.
