White paint all over my carpets

Paint everywhere murder I'm my apartment unit always looks dirty don't sign till after you see your unit office ok nice upper management sucks they don't care police have all the time cars being towed on private property I will include photos my opinion stay far away

Excellent Front Office Team led by Lettie!

This is absolutely the best front office team I’ve ever seen! Led by their manager, Lettie, they take care of your every request and every need with a smile and professionalism. Beautiful studios, very safe, secure, clean, updated, and wonderful residents that live here as well. Best place to rent! Love their front office team!

Great Place To Stay 2020-Current

If your new to the city or just looking for your private space that is dog friendly and fully furnished rental with everything included without any monthly hidden fees from a landlord or roommate. This is the place that is getting remodel that has everything included in the price. Alongside with all the amenities’ in one place. Ihop is across the street and everything is just a few minutes away from Shopping, Casino’s, Restaurants and Parks.

A whole lot better that any other place near the… center of the city far enough away and only 15 Minutes away to the Las Vegas Strip.

Well kept and well managed

Look before Moving In, BED BUGS, ROACHES, and Terrible Service!

I moved here on Feb 14, 2019. Into a FURNISHED unit. Before signing my lease I looked at my apartment unit and saw no issues, the place looked great. After a week, me and my boyfriend noticed that we had bumps on our skin. We striped the bed and saw no bed bugs so we thought it was our bodies getting use to the West Coast since we are from the East Coast. Another week goes by and by this time i had gotten sick and we still had bumps. While I'm at work my boyfriend sends me a video of a bed bug… crawling on our bed sheets. I get home and we decide to strip the bed and look at the BOX SPRING that came with the mattress. The underside of the box spring was covered in generations of Bed Bugs and Eggs! Absolutely disgusting! All in the same day we saw an additional roaches in our bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Ive never seen roaches or bed bugs in person. By Feb 28, i put in my notice to leave and terminate my lease. Its now the end of March and we have not seen any exterminators nor have we received a replacement Bed/Mattress. The Management has Terrible service, all they care about is getting your money! If you can afford here, you can afford somewhere else!!!!!!
