How Is This Rating Determined?

They don't care about tenants

The management company lies about everything. They have zero activities. They don't care about the tenants and are always blaming us when in fact they do nothing to fix broken items. Management is so cheap they make us share our maintenance and assistance manager with another property. Use to be great place, now it sucks.

SENIORS. FIRST

came to see if this was the paradise ,Well needless to say, Your office did not care about signing a new tenant There focus was on A food Truck,. And the worst of it ,from what I seen. It was for the senior Iobserve your office personal taking there food out while the tents and mySelfwatched, It was disturbing, how they put themselves first.I knew at that point this was not the place for me. Your management Should be ashamed of themselves. Donations I thought Are for the UNFORTUNATE.

Exciting place to live for seniors. We go on trips with our own travel coordinator, and we have fun playing cards, and mingling

the people that live here are nice. always go to exercise room with my friends. nice property to live at and they have dinners here which are delicious!
