I lived there for many years and 2025 to 2026 has been the worst. They had 3 new property managers in the last year. Every time they say they will call you and they do not and they change their story after 2 weeks after you chase after them. Cockroaches and noise level is awful when you live by Jones where you are next to a business called Front Row that blasts their music all night long. Stay away better places for price. I am moving out thank God. Also gate doesn't work most... of the year either the front or the back and there is an excuse everytime. One is usually broken. Customer service is top notch, units are bigs and clean, gated community, location is great just 5 minutes from the strip.

My husband and I moved in and everything was great...fast forward some months and my husband began to have respiratory issues. We suspected there was mold in the vents. We consulted with management and she was very unaccomodating. His respiratory issue continued to grow and he ended up having to walk around with an oxygen tank. The units have roaches. My neighbors in my building as well as friends they live on the other Woden of the complex have roaches. Maintenance is very slow. The lady in the office is very rude more often than not. The gates to get in and out of the complex almost never work. There is trash everywhere outside all of the time. The units are also over priced for what you get. Wish they would get new management to fix up the place.

The apartment isn't like the pictures or the model that they show you. Management changes every few months. If you need maintenance to fix something you'll be waiting for a few weeks. When i moved in the apartment was dirty, unkept as well as most of the appliances were barely functional. The second you do something wrong, you become undesirable no.1 after months of being a perfect renter. Do not move here i would never recommend.
