The reviews are true and don’t disregard like I did even with new management
Time for my honest review. This property is truly shady and the office does not care about people they just see you as a number. They will respond that I’m upset that I didn’t get my deposit in return, but yes I am upset that the previous owners didn’t do their job and the current ones will make you deal with the consequences of poor management. They took my whole deposit due to damages the previous owners never fixed. I offered to send emails of communication with the previous owners which they... said “the manager could review”. Also I have placed work orders in past for these issues. No one ever gets back to you so I won’t even waste my time. I just want to warn current residents that moved in under greystar or future residents. They also originally lost my 60 day notice and denied I ever came in. they’ll say they fixed it but regardless my notice should’ve never been missing. If you want anything actually done you will have to escalate everything to corporate. The office staff argues back, lacks empathy, and is unprofessional. I’ve been through hell and back with this office. I no longer live at this property and it will be forever be the biggest regret I ever had moving here. Expect to see the police constantly, neighbors are rude/disrespectful/loud (one neighbor hit our car because they felt it was in the way which they boasted about it to our face, yet it was in a parking spot) , lots of speeding and driving recklessly, trash always out. Anytime you have an issue expect the office to say not their problem. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE AND DISREGARD THE BAD REVIEWS. They are true on top of everything I added. Living at st Lucia was the most mid experience and I will no longer give credit for people doing their job to the bare minimum if that. Also save the bs response of I could’ve reported these things to the office. You guys have not shown any care or consideration when we have brought issues. I wrote a good review originally because the assistant manger Sharlene asked me to since she “found” my 60 days notice but now that reflecting back I should’ve never given credit for an issue that shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place, especially when the “good things” around here are really the bare minimum and for how much we pay it should be the expectation and standard.
