Been living here for 4 years now. They are under new management and the changes they have been making are great. Pool is always clean. Security is friendly with tenants.

Been here a month now nice apartment with pool laundry on site nice management and staff even welcomed me with a gift basket

If you love being close to art district or Fremont then this is the perfect place! Very affordable and great for a person looking for there first studio!

I love my studio apartment
I love my studio apartment. I love how it’s convenient to my job is in the art district and it’s by Fremont Street and it’s very convenient especially when you’re starting off with a new apartment and everybody’s very friendly.
