Don't rent an apartment here, even by mistake

I wish I could give negative stars because this apartment complex truly deserves it. The management is completely indifferent to the needs of tenants and seems to care only about money. The neighbors are extremely noisy, and the management does nothing to address these issues. The leasing office staff are useless and don't care about tenants' complaints. Don't rent an apartment here, even by mistake.

The place and service

In the search for my new home I came across Tamarus Park Apartments and I have to tell you that I was super happy with a well-kept and beautiful property, a beautiful garden area but above all the attention I received in showing me the place and explaining everything to me, really They take their time and give that extra bit that you don't get anywhere. Thanks for all and hope I can be resident of Tamarus park verry soon :)

Work Orders

Takes a really long time for maintenance to complete a work order. Short staffed and we suffer from it!

Horrible business

This place a very poor operated community always have a hard time getting maintained and staff is very rude areas are always covered in garbage and homless sleep in the laundry rooms and around the property

A great place to call home

The manager very much cares about the property and the tenants and it shows. All the staff in the office, Matt, Kristy, Heather, and maintenance team are all amazing! They provide great customer service and are on top of any problems that I have experienced. This is a great place to call home! The people really make all the difference.
The complex is very central to everything and easy to get around. They have been doing some upgrades to the property which look very good. The complex takes very… good care of the units and complex.
