No complaints at all.

Lived here from mid April 2024 until now, early January 2025. I’ve had a couple maintenance issues which were handled promptly by very pleasant workers. The staff in the office are very nice and responsive. I suspect I will renew my lease when it is up. Also, giving Brandon a shout out. He did a little work in my apartment and did it efficiently, getting a little help to make sure that it was done correctly.

NO POOL

When I signed my lease LAST Aug 2023 I was told the pool was being repaired. Now, June 17, 2024 the pool is padlocked off and not open! So disheartening

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the pool closure and understand your frustration. The pool has been closed for a couple of months due to necessary repairs and permits. We are working hard to resolve this and will update residents as new... information becomes available. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Moving in

Esperanza was very nice and did amazing customer service for the complex and I’m satisfied that I had no problems filling out application and etc.

Good not Great

I’ve lived her 2 years. BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THE DOG POOP. It’s everywhere it looks like a San Francisco street. They have to get cameras and start giving out fines. The poop is ridiculous. I feel bad for the kids not only is the no place for them to play but there’s dog poop everywhere. But maintenance is great things get fixed fast. Office ppl are nice. Rent is reasonable. Good location.
