Verasso changes managers every other month. Smells really bad. Dog poop all over the place. Garbage is always over packed and smell bad. Homeless keep throwing trash over the place and we currently have a lawsuit against them.

Bad experience from day 1. Was moved into an ADA unit without my knowledge and the apartment management knowing which units are ADA.

Make sure to really really look at the unit if you have to move here so many issues.
Definitely got the “landlord special” with painted over hairs and unfinished parts of apartment. The cabinets aren’t even new, just painted over and new handles from the old look. There’s mold spots in the cabinets also.

Several issues with our “newly remodeled” in only a matter… of months.We’ve had paint in bathroom shower/tub peeling, roaches, leaking, unchanged air filter prior to move in just to name a few… DON’T MOVE HERE.

I’ve put way more work orders in that I should have to with a new unit. Staff have been rude before when trying to deal with these issues.

You need 3 different apps and websites to navigate your unit/lease instead of having it in one platform. They also spam you with several emails not all pertaining to your particular unit either.

Not to mention all there’s constantly people going through the garbages and cars, so much for the gates they never close... Make sure to lock up your stuff. Cars have been stolen and broken into.

!!ALSO, the gates that are supposed to close haven’t been able to since before we moved in. Security is hard to get ahold of if you have an issue anyways. No safety precautions or taking care of the community. !!

I just love my apartment it's everything I was looking for great staff. It would be better if the early bird special was for people who pay before the 1st if I pay by the 5th it's not early

My wife and I live in the Verraso apartments in Sunrise Manor Las Vegas. Upon arrival of moving in theres were alot of maintanece issues that should have been fixed prior to move in. They made little to effort to fix anything other than the AC . After we turned in the list of what has issues that was wrong with the apartments. There has been tons of bugs when we first arrived and they failed to tell us the procedures that we must do to get fumigated. And we got our car broken into and damaged to… the point we cant start it anymore and I cant drive to work now. All within the first week. Very poor first impression Read More
