disappointed

I live here for a while, managers come and go, often. now, they are implementing rules that are now right. now it's smoke free? it wasn't before. nothing to do but bingo, that's good. nothing else. I wouldn't rent here till they figure out what they are doing. unkept landscaping. very disappointed in the new management. promises not kept on improvements. it's like they don't care about the residents. hope it improves.

Nice apartment

I went over to look at the property to see if I like it and I found that I do like.
It is it's close to the market, shopping, and bus drop is right down the street.
The Manager is nice and very informative.
I think I will like living there when a apartment comes available.

I love living here

I have lived here over 4 years and I really like it. The manager did change, but the new one is a good and tries hard. They have fun things to do here and are open to suggestions. I see the bad review and I do not agree with them. Some people were upset when they manager change, but that happens. If you want a fun place to live with fun activities, then come here.
