AWESOME!

Awesome fast maintenance service, beautiful Landry rooms all new equipment very maintained, amazing and helpful staff all around. Landscape pools, ect amazing place to live.

The best apartments in town NO DOUBT!

Just thought I'd leave a helpful review. The grounds are beautiful. The area is extremely quiet. They actually care about their residents and guests so much that they host activities and small get togethers at their clubhouse. You'll love it here guaranteed!

Watch out for ridiculous rent incresaes

They`ll lure you in with a low rate, then BAM, renewal time, a $100 rent increase. Also, the advertised price does not include water, pet rent, and parking fees. Do you smoke? Then you`ll love it here, because that`s all you`ll smell, as 80% of residents smoke. Too bad, it`s a nice area, but California is much more desirable for renters.

best apartments in laughlin!!

I moved here 2 years ago, I have been very impressed with the office staff, I really like the new changes. The new manager is wonderful. really night and day compared to the old one.
I really like the green grass and the trees all over this property, it is very well kept by the staff. In the summer time I really like the option of 3 swimming pools to choose from, I absolutely love the water aerobics(thank you for offering that & the other activities).
I really like this place to live and I will… be renewing my lease when it comes up again for another year.
I would and do recommend this apartment complex to all my friends and family!
