great apartment if your entomologist anyone else not so much Roach city ! German, American and Asian its disgusting they do send pest control once a week doesn't seem to help have roaches coming up through the kitchen sink drain unbelievable

The Worst Apartments. Management and marketing management Do not care about this place. Glass in the parking lots, trash everywhere, dog poop everywhere, no doggie bags, yet pet friendly. homeless in parking lots, broken mail boxes for months! Gunshots, people doing donuts. You can hear through the walls, music, talking, etc. Everything will break on you and it will take months even years to get somethings fixed, no A/C for 6 months , heater breaks, floors are dented in and falling apart just... like the entire apartment! They will show you an apartment that is nothing like yours! They treat every tenant with disrespect, carelessness and Even management will ignore you for months ! Run dont walk away from this building WORST MANAGEMENT EVER !!!! They don’t fix absolutely nothing building nasty there’s used condoms and alcohol bottles everywhere !!! And then they get mad when you call them to ask them to clean there own apartment building the building leak and flood they never clean the pool whenever it is open And every mail box has been broken or broken into before I’ve lost so much mail in this building I had to get a P.O box I am strongly thinking about breaking my... leases I am so mad I signed for two yrs I literally wanna cry . This apartment complex is the worse the worse is the roaches in all my time of being able to pay rent I've never dealt with roaches so to go to none to constantly having to be in a battle field every time I turn on the lights is beyond unsuitable living the roaches are like those tenants that sheriff won't evict cause they've been there over a period of time so by right they have the right to stay Lord Jesus I've never felt more frustrated with a company than this one the other factors is the... neighborhood is ran by the stray cats the stray pigeons and the stray kids in all cause this could be way longer stay away don't let the cheap price blind you to the fact that you will be miserable and defeated by these invaders STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! The owners don’t care about complaints and will blame you before talking to whoever/whatever you are complaining about. There are roaches and bugs everywhere. No one cleans up after their dogs, and most of them aren’t even on leashes. They say no to specific dog breeds but you see them anyway. There are stray cats and homeless people everywhere. The gates don’t work. The laundry rooms plus the mail boxes get broken into on the daily. Most of the washers either over flow or don’t drain and most... of the dryers don’t work either.
