Quail Manor Townhomes is an apartment community in Reno, NV
Apartment is not worth dealing with the management.
The apartment by itself is nice. It feels cozy and is relatively quiet unless the wind is blowing. The bigger issue I have is with the new local management. I have only had negative experiences while dealing with them including but not limited to when it came to repairs, moving out, and now currently with receiving my security deposit back. All of which were handled in a rude an unprofessional manor.

They need to work on many things
Me and my husband moved to this unit apartment 4 months ago. Unfortunately we’re not happy at all with the service that we’re getting from the office right away We had an issue with the bath at the master bedroom maintenance guy came and said that they need to replace some parts till today No one came back to replace that and we were supposed to buy it by our self. Second thing we had an issue with the dishwasher that we mention they came to check it just after two weeks and steel we waiting... that someone will replace it. Unfortunately it is necessary that things will need to be fixed by 72 hours and that’s not the service that we getting. .
Over all the apartment look good really quiet the area they just need to work on their staff and fix issue faster
