At Sky Vista Commons we have 282 carports, and an additional 247 unassigned parking spots throughout the property for our residents to use. Aside from your dedicated carport space, we are sorry to hear that on multiple occasions uncovered parking... was not readily available just outside your home. Otherwise, we are very pleased to know that the majority of the time, you did not experience any parking issues. We are happy to know that your home is air tight. We would ask that you call the office to have a work order made if the air from outside is getting into your home. Because the homes were made well and are so air-tight, moisture created in the home by cooking, washing dishes, laundry and shower can potentially get trapped in the home. We ask that residents utilize their bathroom exhaust fans and open windows on occasion to allow any potential moisture to escape. Maintenance is diligent in responding to all tenant issues and is happy to assist you with guidance on how to properly ventilate your home. Please note that resident work orders are in no way related to our residents paying rent on time.
