Excellence at its finest

We have always been greeted with a smile. All questions have immediately been answered. Centrally located to all things for me. We had the odd occasion for maintenance issues and there is always a positive prompt response. Thank you. Highly recommend it.

Highly recommend

The staff have gone up and above. We had a video as we traveled cross country. We ask questions and always greeted with a smile. It is centrally located to grocery… medical….shopping… movies and work. Love it.

Definitely recommend!

I loved living at The Phoenix! The team there was great and the amenities were awesome. I recently bought a home so I did not need an apartment anymore. But I would definitely recommend The Phoenix to anyone in the market for an apartment!

I am trying to find a place to live on my own. I currently live with my mother I really am looking to move somewhere near my job cause sometimes traffic is a pain espiacaly since I have two jobs

Best place ever

We have lived here for over a year now and this place is fantastic. The location is perfect close to everything and connect to two of the bus routes. The amenities are plentiful and the safety here is very good, we love it.
