If your pet sheds excessively or leaves a large mess, a $150 deep cleaning fee will apply. Any damages to furniture caused by your pet must be repaired or replaced at your expense. Clean up after your pet and do not allow pets on furniture. The fireplace is not to be used between March and October. Between November and February, ensure all embers are completely extinguished before leaving the fireplace unattended, and clean the fireplace before checking out.
