Manager actitud

The manager has no manners to talk and also take decision without letting us, doesn't inform on any changes of our contract and also we already have 6 months getting extras fees we already talked to them but they don't care about very bad management

Great place to live

The grounds are kept super clean the maintenance staff are professional and super kind it's walking distance from a shopping center I'm so happy here

Roaches and falling apart

The apartments are infested with roaches and everything is falling apart and breaking from being cheaply "upgrade". I could never recommend this place to anyone.

Attractive Living in Sparks!

Overall, I’ve had no issues with this apartment. There’s always groundskeepers out maintaining and keeping the property clean!

The leasing office staff is friendly. Any maintenance request I’ve sent in was promptly addressed and resolved. Neighbors are quiet and there’s so many shops and other things to do very close by!

Highly recommend.
