SPRING VILLAS APARTMENTS

First of all when I moved in my skylight had some kind of mold looking stuff on it. I complained about it for weeks and asked if it could be cleaned because of how disgusting it looked. Some people said it could be cleaned, others said it couldnt. After getting frustrated with multiple people, I was told flat out by Melissa that somebody sealed it like that and it was too much trouble to fix it and I would just have to deal with it. Which is ridiculous since it was no fault of my own and that’s… not how a cleaned apartment should be given to a resident. Since then I’ve had many other maintenance issues that have not been fixed in a timely fashion and I’ve gotten a lot of attitude from Andrea. This is supposed to be a gated community, which is why I decided to live here, however the gates stopped being closed months ago and when we ask about it we are met with an attitude as if it’s our fault that they don’t know how to get stuff fixed. There was an incident in which I came home late as I work night shift and there was a U-Haul van speeding into our open gated complex. I ended up calling the security to which no one picked up multiple times, safe right? I ended up calling the cops to report it and they later called me back to let me know that the vehicle was stolen and the person inside was not in it. So then there was a thief running around our neighborhood, which was traumatizing to me. I told Andrea and all she said was I’ll definitely get after that security team. My neighbor had another incident where somebody was trying to steal something off his car and he called Se-curity and no one came yet again or picked up. There’s a shopping cart by the pond. The ponds themselves went from being nice with ducks in it when I moved in in March 2021 to being green, full of trash, and under filled. There’s dog poop everywhere, people park wherever they want even though the complex claims that the tow people.

So if you want to live in a literal dump and pay too much money and be given attitude from management when they don’t fulfill your maintenance requests, you should live here! Read More
