Horrible customer service, charge you for everything cleaning and carpet cleaning even if the apt was spotless. Make you pay for garbage pick up and their internet which is ridiculous. Will ghost you for any concerns.

Throughout my stay at the hub it has been nothing but the worst, first off management is rude, the walls are paper thin you can hear everything your neighbours are doing. The halls have a very bad odour, there is homeless sleeping in the building cops are always there constantly.

I have now resides at The Hub for a year and have signed to remain here for another year. Having lived in various states and various areas of Northern Nevada, The Hub is clean, secure, safe, and well kept up by the owners and management.
Many amenities and on site storage facilities that are reasonable to purchase. Rents are reasonable , decent fitness center, nice patio areas, spacious units regardless of size, bike lock area, dog wash room, and much more. If you need something taken care... of, management is quite responsive and always polite and helpful.
Professional management, quiet complex , and enjoyable secure environment overall with reasonable costs.
Definitely would recommend.

I found that this apartment is on the airplane path ...
u r hearing noises from airplane every 20 minutes for 24hrs...

The Hub @ Oddie is by far the best bet if you are wanting to move into a new modern apartment in the area. The rooms have just been renovated and come with nice modern appliances. The property managers have been very responsive to any questions and have been super kind. The secure access via key FOB is also worth mentioning as this was a big selling point for me.
