Terrible Management

If you’re looking to live here, reconsider. The management services are the absolute worst. Trying to get anything fixed is near impossible, because they never show up. The laundry machines are usually broken. The card entry locks are also a major problem. The gates often malfunction, and non tenants just walk in and walk around.

This place sucks

Tiny apartment with the mini kitchen in the living room.
Miniature water heater runs out of hot water in the middle of your shower.
Very noisy heater and air conditioner.
This place is so cheesy that they don't replace your furnace filter, they clean the dust off with a vacuum cleaner.
Totally inadequate laundry facilities. Four washing machines for the entire complex. And you will have to carry your laundry for quite a distance to get to the laundry room.
The management lied to me when I moved… in and told me they were building a laundry room down in my section of the complex. I waited a year and a half and it never happened.
When I first moved in the balcony was completely covered with pigeon crap. I was never able to use the balcony the entire time I lived there.
Don't even expect to get your security deposit back, they want to charge me $1,700 over my security deposit so they can put in a new floor which wasn't all that great to begin with.
Don't spend your money on this place you can do a lot better elsewhere.
