Ideal Living for Medical Residents — Walkable, Welcoming, and Well-Managed
I had a great experience living at 762 Madison Ave during my residency program at Albany Medical Center.
The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the hospital—which made long shifts and early mornings much more manageable.
One of the best parts of living here was the sense of community. Several other tenants were also part of residency or graduate programs, and it created a really supportive and social environment. I was able to meet and build friendships with fellow... classmates in my program, which made a demanding time much more enjoyable.
The property itself was well-maintained and comfortable, with everything I needed during my stay. Most importantly, the owner, Absar, was outstanding. He was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about his tenants. Any questions or maintenance needs were handled quickly, and he made the entire renting experience smooth and stress-free.
I would highly recommend 762 Madison Ave to anyone—especially students or medical residents looking for a convenient, welcoming place to live near Albany Med.
