Home away from home

I had the best experience staying at Academy Place. My unit was spacious and it included brand new appliances. The property was well kept and the management team was very accommodating to my situation. I was living in Albany temporarily for my job and management made moving in seamless. They were very straightforward about my lease agreement and any concerns that I might have had. My overall experience was definitely 10 out of 10.

Very Happy Here!

Living at Academy Place has been an amazing experience. The management team is exceptional, always responsive and attentive. The apartments are brand new, spacious, and have a luxurious feel with high-end finishes. The building is impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it a wonderful place to call home.

Great New Place

I toured Academy Place and it looks great. Completely redone with a lot of amenities. Laundry in unit or in the building. Gym on premises and a cozy library to relax. The management is responsive and it is in a great location for Albany. Good place for young professionals.

Crisp and GORGEOUS
