I would recommend it , it?s located near two hospitals and many other amenities, within places you can get to on foot. I never had any issues

Only major knock... (Verified Renter)

Only major knock on the place is the winters here, apartment is beyond drafty, miserable here in the winter months, especially this year with the inflated cost.

The maintenance staff... (Verified Renter)

The maintenance staff is friendly snd hard working but the department, as is the case with many places, is grossly understaffed. We have a recurrent flooding issue in the basement which the head of maintenance keeps assuring me that he will work to resolve but then work orders are left open and unaddressed. I would not recommend this community due to the high potential for having an issue with basement flooding that is not able to be remediated.
