The moving-in process was very easy. You apply online, and everything is pretty seamless with no issues. The amenities are amazing. The maintenance crew is always on top of everything. You use an app to submit requests, and I was able to get my issue fixed the next day. The hallways are always kept clean and smelling fresh. The stairs are kept clean. There’s a grassy area at the parking lot, where I can take my dog. The dog spa is simple and does the job. The walls and floors are heavily... insulated so you can run around and play with your pet without worrying about downstairs neighbors. The units are temperature controlled and contain a fridge with an ice and water filter; in-unit washer and dryer; electric stove. The bath is slip-proof. The rooftop access is beautiful! The package room is also great. I wish the location was in a safer area. However, the main entrance is usually locked and opens with a key fob. I would strongly advise against renting an apartment in this building. My experience here has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing, and I feel it's important to share this with anyone considering moving in. This apartment building is plagued by false advertising, broken amenities, and management that doesn’t care. If you value your safety, peace of mind, and the amenities you’re promised, look elsewhere. We’ve lived here for a few months and almost everything is great. Maintenance is super friendly, building is new, and units are quiet. You don’t actually get what they promise you, though. You’re supposed to have an in-unit washer/dryer, but they break on a regular basis. In the past 6 months we’ve had to have our washing machine repaired 4 times. This time, management says they don’t actually have the supplies to fix it, so we’re out of luck. They’ve told us that this is a building-wide issues... and that all of the units have the same problem, requiring multiple repairs. Something to said about being the first to move into a brand new apartment. Everyone is so nice to deal with, and the amenities are great. This is truly a place to call home.
