Safe area and feels like home!

I have recently moved into SnyderPark Apartments, and so far I love it! The staff is extremely helpful and answer with any concerns very quickly! The area around feels very safe, and is only a few minutes from Williamsville! The apartment itself is very nice, and the living room is very spacious! I would definitely recommend SnyderPark to others! -Jen M

great area almost feels like a neighborhood

I've been here for over a year now and so I feel like I can give it a review. I thought with it being close to a college there would be more college like noises. It's surprisingly quiet around here.

The leasing office is great with communication. Whether it's weather related, maintenance related, or the food trucks they sponsor. They keep you in the know. Also they answer questions pretty quickly. The apartments are great and having on site maintenance is a plus. They're also super responsive… if something does go wrong. They also clear and salt the parking lots and sidewalks in winter. There's a washer and dryer in each building. They are pay per load. Personally it's a major plus because is cheaper than going to a laundromat. The storage space you get in the basement is larger compared to other apartments I've had. Also there are lots of parking options.

You're about 15 min away from just about anything you need. Tops, Wegmans, Aldi, Target, Walmart, the airport, 3 hospitals, CVS, local restaurants, and of course 7 Eleven. Also there's a lot of late night places to door dash from as well.

I will say that there are only a few drawbacks and most of them are convenience related. Dumpsters aren't right by the building but they are close by, Street parking is sometimes hit or miss, and the front door to the apartments pull closed and so sometimes it slams shut unless you're aware of it.

It does have a neighborhood feel and its affordably priced in this area. Especially with heat and water included. Renewing was easy and I had no problems. -Melissa H

Great place to live

I have lived here for three years and my boyfriend has lived here for six. We love this area and the apartments are great. The best thing about the place is that maintenance is fast and effective. Thank you!

Perfect place for a first apartment!

As a newly graduate, this is the perfect place to start my life in Buffalo. Amazing landlord, friendly staff, and a great environment. The complex is kept clean, neat, and safe for residents. All needs are always addressed in a timely manner. I highly recommend SnyderPark as the place to live!
