It no longer feels like a safe place. The new renovations were a waste of money. Everything is cracked, chipped and coming away from the wall. The new stuff. Our property was stolen and damaged and they refuse to replace it. They putting more into the outside to trick you, because the inside is a joke. You are lied to all the time. They hire anyone who claim they can do something. They want to pay the cheapest price possible. It’s not about quality here. It’s all about making things passable and… filling the apartment. Complex looks very deceiving. They keep it well manicured during the summer and looks all resort-like....it isnt. This place is a hot spot for drug activity. Apartments are somewhat clean. Maintenance is always behind on work orders due to the astronomical turnover of staff. New company....WinnResidential...doesnt care about their tenants. All they care about is constantly replacing stuff that isnt broken (ex: new showerheads and faucet aerators that spray out and have no pressure,… thermostats that arent a necessity and they decide to do this while it is cold out). Parking lots arent plowed, sidewalks arent shoveled until it is almost time to close for the day. I have seen tenants shovel their own walkways. Nice. Part of the playground was taken down because the kids around here act like barbarians and ruin it all. Picnic benches are bent and broken because the kids jump up and down on them, dance on them. Theses are well maintained apartments for low income. All utilities included with central air. There are 1-2 bedroom apt. and 2-3 bedroom townhouses. Laundry hookups only in 3 bdr.
