The driveway is about 1/4 mile long, narrow, and uneven in spots, and an all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle with at least 7–8 inches of ground clearance is needed for safe access. Low-clearance vehicles are not recommended. There is limited cell service in this area, but the house does get cell service. The pond is available for guest use, including swimming, solely at the guest’s own risk, and the property owner and host assume no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from its use.
