Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a non-smoking home. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with approval and a pet fee; cats are not permitted. No parties or events are allowed, and day visitors require approval. Unapproved guests may result in fees or cancellation without refund. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
