Fairfield Park At Babylon Village

I recently signed my lease at Fairfield Park At Babylon Village with Celeste. It’s a sweet place in a great area. She went above and beyond searching and showing me different Apts around my schedule and answering any concerns or worries. She made the whole experience so pleasant and comfortable. Remember If you want to live in a great apt in a great area your only call should be to Celeste the epitome of Awesome Customer Service!

The process of finding a new apartment from far away was very complicated for us. Dawn was incredibly helpful in scheduling a visit with a family member of mine who lives in the area. She was incredibly kind and helpful to us, answering all of our questions as quickly as I could imagine. We are looking forward to moving in a few weeks!

I've been in my new apartment for 3 weeks now and I'm so happy. Celeste, one of the leasing agents went above and beyond in helping me with the whole process. She promised me my new apartment would be just that, "NEW", and it was. New paint, new carpets, new appliances, even went as far as a new shower head. She is amazing. The maintenance crew are very nice, always asking how is everything in my new place. Very happy. This will be my home for the foreseeable future.

My Situation trying to find a place for my son and I was extreme and needed a professional to act fast. I was blessed to come across Fairfield Babylon Village. Dawn R my Leasing consultant was professional, to the point and understanding of my time constraints and the need to act fast. Her OUTSTANDING customer service made the process go quickly and smoothly. Upon Moving I have had the pleasure of meeting Superintendent Naser D and his Staff. When you say kind courteous, clean professionals they... take the cake. As soon as I called for an inquiry on a repair and I had some maintenance questions, he and his team members got back to me as soon as possible. Fairfield corporate office was very nice and pleasant over the phone but the local Babylon Leasing office has been unresponsive for days. Can't get a hold of a live person after leaving voicemails and the corporate emailed them with my information. Shame since the apartments look great from the pictures.
