Overall okay but over-priced

Completely ripped us off for our security deposit and the office never answers the phone.

The units are relatively new so we didn’t have many issues or ask for much but when we did call maintenance for building-wide alarms going off in the middle of the night we were told this was “non-emergent” and they would be by in the morning. This happened on multiple occasions.
