Bridgewater Apartments

I have been living here in the H building for over 4 years. The property is immaculate! The landscape crew comes every Monday year round. During the snow season, they are right on top of salting, sanding and plowing right away so that people can walk to their cars safely and get to work. There are a lot of residents who have pets MOST of whom clean up after them. The very few who do not cannot be helped by the management. They send out emails and messages reminding the tenants that it is our... responsibility to do so. What else do you expect them to do!? Robin and Yolanda go out of their way to plan fun events for kids and adults throughout the year (always free) for community spirit, there was both an adult and kids separate holiday party, trick or treat event for the kids with pet costume prizes, there's always something going on at the pool in the summertime. The Super, Sean along with Nick and Mitch who make up the on site maintenance team are incredible. There is a system in place to log in a work order for non emergency maintenance, or you can call the 24hr phone number for actual emergencies. I had to call at like 2am once because the wind had blown my pilot light out One of the men was over with in 20 minutes and had my heat on. Almost every time I have put in a work order for.. new blinds for a window,, or my sink needed a new sprayer, or my dishwasher was not draining properly.....they came on that same day, sometimes within the same hour that I put the work order in. As far a smoking.. this is a totally SMOKE FREE PROPERTY 99% of the people respect that rule. I have smelled it maybe 2X so I am guessing somebody in my building maybe had people over and took that chance. If it was an everyday occurrence, I would complain, investigate and report it. However it is definitely not a problem. You have to be realistic, people are going to do, what people do. There is no place you can go, short of buying your own house where you can control everything. I can tell you with sincere honesty. I get so many compliments when people drive me home, or come over on how beautiful the grounds are and well maintained and how nice my 3 BR top floor apartment is. If I didn't feel this way, I wouldn't take the time to write this review. Or be as specific as I have been. We came from a private house in Dutchess County 4 years ago and looked long and hard before we chose an apt. I am glad that I did. Things are not what it seems to be by pictures ! A lot of things boken or covered up , also smell of cigarettes smoke and pot smell is so bad in apartments and hallways , a lot lights flicker in parking lot , poop onside walks

I've lived at Bridgewater for a year and recently renewed my lease. This was the first place I looked at when relocating from NYC. Hats off to the mgmt Staff! Absolutely the best in the business. Professional, friendly and caring. The grounds are well maintained. Maintenance is super nice, professional & responds to you as fast as they can manage. Pest control is definitely on point. The apartments are very nice with large closets and large bedrms. Of course with apt living there is reduced... audio privacy but neighbors are friendly and kind and major or even minor issues are quickly rectified by mgmt. I love the community feel and activities that mgmt provide to bring neighbors together. I rented here for nearly three years, and it was, by far, the best apartment I've ever rented. Management is responsive. Maintenance is top-notch and quick to respond to requests. Other residents are quiet and respectful. The entire property is in great shape - and they work to keep it that way. I only left because I moved across the country to be closer to my grown children, and every day, I regret not being able to find a similarly high-caliber apartment building where I live now.

My fiancé and I have lived at bridgewater for two years now, and we plan on making it a third! The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are spacious and updated, and the community of tenants are all friendly and considerate. Management as well is always so accommodating and kind. Great place to live whether you’re a family, couple, or single!
