Live elsewhere!

Apartments extremely outdated and broken down. Water is always brown, can't use to cook or clean. Rats and insects everywhere on premises along with barking dogs and obnoxious tenants. Save your money, live elsewhere!

Great First-Time Apartment

I spoke with the landlord in person (pre-Covid) and they were more than helpful in setting up a prorated lease since I was moving in before the first of the month. Any time I needed maintenance, whether it was the A/C unit or the furnace, they responded very quickly and were professional and helpful. I don't like the fact that you are responsible for cleaning the carpets before leaving, but that's the only "hidden fee". My one-bedroom apartment is large, and perfect for a first-time renter. The… landlord is slow to respond to emails/phone calls, so I suggest calling maintenance with any questions.

Unhelpful

The heater had never been cleaned so we're sick all the time. The carpets dont get replaced and you're the one in charge of cleaning them before you leave- funny because you have to pay the pet fee. Only nice thing is that maintenance responds right away when you need something, the land lord does not. Never living here again. That's for sure.
