LOVE IT HERE!

I have been here a month and it is better than expected! My studio apartment is perfect. My favorite part is the 2 huge closets and kitchen island. So cozy. The property is always clean, people are so nice, amenities are great! Sunrise from the rooftop is breathtaking!

Take care of any issues I have and the people here are pleasant. Near Main Street with some much to do on the weekends.

Terrible office staff

Everytime I walked by the leasing office in the entire year I lived there, no one was there. Whenever I have reached out to the office staff, they were unhelpful, don’t trust them. Happy to have moved on.

Terrible quality of a building.

The entire building is basically built out of dry wall. You will be able to hear every footstep of the people who live above you and every word your neighbor is saying from next door.

The building overall is cheaply made and almost seems like it was rushed.

Do not live hear if you want to be able to have privacy from your neighbors or to have some peace and quiet.

Walls are thinner than my patience for the noisy neighbors

You can clearly hear the nightly activities of your neighbors/moderate volume TV/Music through the very thin walls.

The smell of marijuana is present everynight in the hallways and in the washer/dryer so your clothing will start smelling similar.

Again, walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing and most likely the vice versa. So, less privacy*, but there is privacy in the staircase since there are NO SECURITY CAMERAS. So I have been using the single elevator… that is present.

Good things, very accessible to the train. So close that you can hear it every night.
