This is glamping with soul—rustic, but full of comfort and charm. Enjoy solar-powered path lights, a custom-built outhouse, and an outdoor solar shower for a true nature-meets-comfort experience. Inside, there is a cozy sleeping loft, luxe linens, Pendleton blankets, and vintage touches. The kitchenette features a foot-pump sink, one-burner stove, cookware, and a Bodum pour-over coffee maker. Relax in the indoor loveseat, dine with forest views, or head outside to the fire pit, propane grill, hammock, and picnic table for al fresco meals. Games, books, sketchpads, plush towels, dishware, pots and pans, a vintage bar set, a sheepskin rug, linen duvet, and yoga mats are provided. Wi-Fi is available, along with one outlet for charging essentials. A Yeti cooler is provided for food storage—just bring ice.
One well-behaved dog is welcome with prior approval and a small fee. Commercial filming and photography are permissible with an additional fee.

The cabin is located near Brushland Eating House, The Andes Hotel, Wayside Cider, Wild Common Wine, Russel General Store, Hollow, BlueBee Cafe, Hamden Inn, Willbee's, Clementine Vintage Clothing, Carlista Shop + Studios, Hawk & Hive, Diamond Hollow Books, The Stonehouse, This & That, Stone & Sawyer, Bushel Collective, The Inn at West Settlement, Roxbury Barn, Stone Tavern Farm, Maple Shade Farm, Natural Gardens, Stonewall Estates, Belleayre Ski Center, Plattekill Ski Center, Cooperstown Dream Park, All Star Village, SUNY Delhi, and SUNY Oneonta/Hartwick College. Guests have access to the entire property except a garage that sits at the front of the property. Delaware County, NY, is a four-season vacation destination. Outdoor activities include hiking, biking, and fishing. Fall is for leaf peeping. Winter is packed full of activities. Restaurants often showcase locally made or grown food like cheese, bread, meat, fruit, and vegetables. Shops abound, there's always something to see!
There are no curtains in the cabin. If you’re sensitive to sunlight, a sleep mask is recommended. The wood stove does not have a safety gate, so please use extra caution, especially with young guests. The loft has a low ceiling and is accessed by a ladder and is not ideal for small children or infants. The cabin is in an area with no cell service, so enable Wi-Fi Calling on your phone before arrival. The driveway to the cabin is uphill, and 4WD or AWD vehicles are necessary. The driveway is plowed and shoveled to the entrance, and a shovel is provided to keep the walkway maintained during your stay. Firewood is provided for the wood stove inside the cabin only. There will be a $50 charge for using the firewood provided in the outdoor fire pit. No parties are allowed, and only the number of guests on the reservation should be in the house. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, so keep outdoor noise to a minimum. No ATVs, snowmobiles, fireworks, or firearms are allowed. Winter weather can be mercurial, so check the weather report for this area and plan your travel accordingly. Snow plows do not operate on secondary roads between 8 pm and 5 am. The road to the house is a single-lane dirt country road that is plowed by the town of Bovina Center but will still have potholes, so drive carefully. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. No changes to check-in or check-out times are possible from Memorial Day through Labor Day, or on holidays. Outside of those dates, time adjustments may be possible with at least 24 hours’ notice and are subject to availability. An hourly fee may apply for significant changes. No smoking is allowed. If you must smoke, do so outdoors only and extinguish when done then put in the garbage.
