Poor Management
Management is so awful. They don't shovel or salt well enough that I've seen people fall a few times. I reached out after I fell once and they pretty much responded with, "It's too cold for salt to melt the ice"... it was like 15 degrees. The soda machine in the laundry utilities room had been broken for at least a year (my entire time here). There are mice occasionally. Only SOME garages have outlets, if you don't have one, they refuse to put one in, even if you offer to pay. There are NOT… dishwashers anymore, they decided it too expensive, I was not told that until my MOVE-IN INSPECTION. Jennifer is not flexible with viewings. The apartments are small, only one parking lot has dumpsters so it's a bit of a hike to get rid of your trash. The only upside is that it is quiet, but that is only because of how far the place is from everything. The closest grocery store is 15-20 min away and only ONE restaurant deleivers here, that being Famiglia pizza.
