Maintenance and Office

Dan G is our new maintenance man and he has been very good at communicating on my request and letting me know when he is coming to fix things. I’ve been here for almost 3 years and he is one of the best that we have had. He stays in my building which allows my emergency request to be fast and orderly. Isabella in the office always replies to my emails and helps me with putting in any request needed.

Good Crew

I've been living at Willowbrooke for about a year and a half now, the different members of the staff I've encountered and always been understanding. Most recently I had Dan and another person from the staff come in to fix a problem with my bathroom and it was done very quickly and efficiently, and Dan is very polite. The office staff has always been responsive as well, with Bella and Jason helping take care of issues I had on that end.

Dan is the best!

Super friendly, always saying hi when I see fin and making conversations. Helped me when I stupidly locked myself out of my apartment and then recommended and fixed my door knob that was loose! He is awesome!!

Great

The people in the office are amazing at answering any questions you have. The maintenance guy Dan is amazing on top of what you need fixed.

Will lure you in then raise your rent.

As the title says. They raised my rent by $300 after the first year then $150 the second year. Absolutly ridiculous. Who does that.
