unlivable

My apt is over crowded,with unlivable circumstances,includes,i live in basement with mold all in kids room & kitchen,bathroom has 2big holes in ceiling that wont get fixed,kitchen floor sinks in, understairs outside of apt has excessive garbage.area is very bad.
