Read before decide to move here
The bathroom ceiling are sometimes falling down and it take about weeks for them to fix, there also rat and other insects that come up to your apartment. The main door are alway open and can’t work properly, strangers can come in and out easy. Trash are something throw in the stairs. There people who smoke and drinking in the hallway and throw there trash there or something they even but it on your side.

Living here for four years
Its a great apartment building the super keeps it nice and clean its safe, everyone here are nice to each other. Its across saint james park so i can take my son o the park and go walking. It a great place to live.
