I don't know if this review is suppose to be a positive or negative of ones apt however,my building is the WORSE place to live in. The stairs are always filthy due to tenants leaving their trash outside their doors; while the rodents greet you as you open your door to go to work; SMH The janitors NEVER clean the bldg. My husband and I went to rent court on several occasions since we didn't pay rent reason being is because there was mold in our apt and outside of the bldg which have yet to be... taken care of. they area is good it has a lot of banks & stores were everything is in walking distance like ever opther building around there we have a beauitful garden & park across from the buliding

I love my Bronx apartment. It's a real apartment. I have a separate kitchen, dining room and a separate living room. My bedroom fits everything. My building is pet friendly and there's a laundry room. There is no elevator but my apartment is so spacious and affordable , I can cope with that. I'm 2 blocks from the train and the supermarket. My dog walking park in across the street and The Botanical Gardens and The Bronx Zoo are just a 10 minute walk.
