Amalgamated Co-op Towers

This apt. building is provided with Central Air, two comfortable elevators, but our rent keeps increasing frequently. Recently , because of renovations in the lobby and the terraces , we have to deal with lots of inconveniences, but otherwise the surroundings are well maintained, and residents seem to be happy.

My apartment is cool in summer, warm in winter, could use a new paint job. I generally like it though
