go see for your self
bad place to live. the people who run this place dont care from mateience to management. they will try to over charge you from time to time also they dont fix nothing properly. its like you have to beg for someone to come fix something, and when they do come the people have problem fixing it...the lady who works in mateinece is terrible everytime you call for any service they act like they are being bother and really have no answer for your solution. ask the people who live there

Concourse Village
This is an ideally located co-operative complex with great transportation systems nearby. The number 4 Lexington avenue line, the D, 6th avenue line and the Metro North train stops allow for travel through out NYC and Westchester county. Bus ,lines, BX6 and 13 also provide immediate access to Manhattan.
The complex itself, has its own 24 hour maintenance and security staff, large outdoor seating areas, laundry rooms, storage rooms,
indoor and outdoor parking, playgrounds, community
rooms and... surrounded by a vast variety of shops, restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, and of course, the world famous YANKEE STADIUM !!!
