I have been living in this property since 2011. At that time I put my name on the list for a parking space. It is now 2023 and I still do not have a parking space. I have contacted the mgmt office on several occasions about obtaining a space and I get nowhere. The management office is no longer located on the premises. They do not answer the phone, they take 2 hour lunch breaks and leave by 3pm. You have to make an appt. to even come in to speak to someone. Management is never around when dealing with tenants. My uncle had to sign 3 lease because of their lacking with documents and upgrading information. Just this week my uncle had a 5 day notice that he owes rent. His Housing Assistance Program owes them, not him as he pays his portion. Whats funny, The notice was dated November 9 and was placed on his door November 16. So poor counting also plays a role in days.
