Don't bother less than 3 months in and I hate it
I've been here for less than 3 mos. My packages have been stolen, floorboards left unfinished. I replaced the toilet seat since it looked like it hadn't been replaced in 30 yrs to which the super responded "oh yeah I'm a man so I don't think about those things" closet doors on crooked, windows not properly on their tracks (asked for it to be fixed and got no update) radiator cover blocked my stove and I was told to just move it any time I wanted to use it. I had to come back and ask them to fix... it be sure cat had knocked the cover over. Apartment was not thoroughly cleaned after previous tenant and a gigantic waterbug made its way to me on a high floor. Actively seeking a way to break lease and not pay ridiculous $.
